What is my "efile confirmaion page"?

My employer is demanding that I submit the first two pages of my "signed" 1040 form or page 1 of the form and the "confirmation page if you filed your taxes electronically".

The 2018 2 page form 1040 prints out on one page now...signature is in the middle of the page. And the confirmation of filing is the email you got OR the filing history page that is included in the PDF if you include the worksheets.

And if they want it signed, use a pen and sign it in the middle of the page where it says "Sign here."
