What is going on with my second stimulus check?

I heard we are getting our second stimulus because I had my fees taken out of my tax return. I dont understand why I'm told I'm not going to receive my stimulus

It sounds like your latest tax refund was deposited to your Turbo Visa Debit Card.  If so, that is where your stimulus payment will be sent as well.  If you no longer have your Turbo Visa Debit Card, please see this TurboTax Help Article for instructions on getting it replaced: Getting Your 2nd Stimulus Payment on a Turbo Visa Debit Card?

I didnt get my refund on a turbotax card I got it straight into my account? So is the EIP going to be deposited? I know there are issues with turbotax and the irs but I want to make sure my payment will be put into my account that my tax refund had come on and that I got my first stimulus on
