Yes, if you were active duty for the whole year (more than 90 days), then you would select Yes.
This term tends to cause some confusion because of the word "extended" (which is how it is defined by the IRS), but don't overthink it. If you were on active duty for more than 90 days, then you select Yes. It doesn't matter if you are already active duty personal, reservist, or guard - if its more than 90 days of active duty, then its yes.
