If Form 2210, Part II, Line A checkbox "WaiverOfEntirePenaltyPenalty' is - my e-file has been rejected multiple times, and all TT says to do is try again.  Someone said to change 2017 to 0 - I don't know what form and box that is - and I can't access my forms (other than to print them) even if I did know.

This is a know problem.  See this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4621180-form-2210-waiver-checkbox-marked-but-form-isn-t-required

Thanks, Donin - it might have been nice had TT overridden their rejection message (telling me to refile repeatedly) with a message that they had a known bug.  The link says there is a workaround.  The workaround made no sense to me - if I had wanted to do detailed work preparing tax forms, I wouldn't have used an automated system to prepare my taxes.  I am assuming (not certain) that I can wait until the fix is in place and just refile electronically.  Thanks again.
