If you received a 1099-B with that information on it, then you need to ask the financial agency that gave you the 1099-B what the EOS sale is all about. TurboTax did not originate the 1099-B document, so there is no way they could even know what was the reasoning for that entry.
NOTE: EOS is a ticker symbol for Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II. Doe this ring a bell?
