A "NetBenefits Username" is a unique identifier created by a user to access their workplace retirement, stock plan, or benefits accounts through the Fidelity NetBenefits website (netbenefits.fidelity.com or affiliated employer sites). It is part of the login credentials required for securely accessing information about 401(k), 403(b), or other employee benefits.
