NO. A 1095A is the form you get from healthcare.gov if you have had marketplace insurance---aka "Obamacare" or "Affordable Care Act" insurance. If you have not had that health insurance, answer NO when it asks if you have a 1095A.
A Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement, is the form you receive if you had health care insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges or from healthcare.gov.
If you did not receive a Form 1095-A and did not have this type of health care insurance, then when asked if you have a Form 1095-A, answer NO.
