Most returns are being issued within twenty-one days or less. However, some
cases can take longer. The IRS does not go by first in, first out. One thing in particular that is affecting filers
this year is the PATH act. If you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or Additional Child Tax Credit, those refunds are not said to begin being issued until February 27th, 2018.
