If you have a verification code on your W-2, but experienced an error after entering it, just delete the code. It won’t delay the processing of your tax return.

I installed successfully the first time and was on the "start new return" window. It went back to my desk-top page after I click on new return. I re-install the program again and get an error code 606 invalid code. How do I resolve this issue?
