No, you do not need to do anything further if you chose auto-debit.

What if its my initial payment. Will they debit that too or dp i need to submit that first 1040-V form?

I see - You are doing a payment plan. To be honest, I missed that. You still do not submit 1040-V. There's no need for that. The installment plans take some time. You will get a letter in 3-5 weeks and first payment probably not debited for 60 days.
