It depends. There are penalties for filing late, but they are based on taxes owed. So if you do not owe a balance, there are no penalties.
However, even if you are due a refund, if you still have time, you should file an extension as it preserves important rights.
To do this in TurboTax, simply login to your account or create one at TurboTax.com and click on File an Extension in the lower left of the screen.

Hi, I realize there is no signature and no date on my form that I filed online, is this going to be a problem? thanks, it is my first time filing and I am a bit lost.... Is this going to be considered like filing late?
You did a digital signature with verifying your personal information and the date and time filed is part of your electronic postmark. All is well.
