What happened?

What happened to my refund I was supposed to receive 164 back but only got 62 back? This is the first time running into this? Can someone please explain to me why this happened? Yall stole my refund

If you used refund processing, instead of paying your TurboTax fees by credit card, there is an additional fee for that. If you did not use refund processing, the change in your refund amount was done by the IRS. They will send a letter within 3 weeks if they changed your tax return for any reason. But if they did not change anything, the difference is from your TurboTax fees and the Refunding Processing fee (this fee goes to the 3rd party bank). Next year, pay your TurboTax fees with a credit card and don't use that service - the price of it goes up every year...
