What happened FPYMT-071-01 - 'RequestedPaymentDt' 2024 Federal Return "review again" stuck

I filed and then amended 3/3 because forgot 1099-R and then tried to have them deduct $ for 3/7/25 got rejected.  I cannot hit review again to change date.

This reject code happens when the electronic payment date is set for an old date. ‌To fix this error, review the requested payment date and make this correction. You can change your payment date and method in Step 2 of the Finish & File section.
