what forms does a foreigner, under a foreign limited company, file for US based affiliate programs (Mavely)?

Hi there!

I am a foreigner, living in Hong Kong with a Hong Kong limited company.  I don't have any presence in the US.

I am now looking to use Mavely, US affiliate marketing program, by posting links on my blogs and earning through that.  To my understanding, since I don't have a US presence and not connected with a U.S. trade or business, therefore I am not subject to U.S. income tax, assuming all work is performed outside the U.S (which applies to my case).

Is this accurate? and would the only form to complete  be Form W-8BEN? Am i missing something?

Thanks so much!

@Rojees82 , generally speaking  this sounds like a means to advertise / draw clients/buyers  and Mavely is just providing a platform for that.  So I do not believe ( not knowing the full details )  that there is any US sourced/connected business here and there is therefore no  US filing requirements.

However, I would draw attention to some of the states like California, where based on percentage of  income / use in the state  of the product / services , there can be claim of income sourcing.  Don't know if it applies  or is relevant to you / your business.
