What form should I use to report personal gold sale 1099B or 1099S

You would select the "Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Fund sales (1099-B) tile in the "Investments" topic for a gold sale transaction. Within the topic, in the sales section list, choose the short- or long-term as applicable with the tag "did not receive a form 1099B".

The type of asset would be "Collectible" for precious metals.
