You can verify the the type of Form 1040 that you are using in TurboTax Online by following the steps below:

• Sign into your Online account

• Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return"

• Go to "My Account at the top right and select Tools.

• In the Tools Center Pop-Up Window select "View Tax Summary".

• Scroll down to the bottom of the Review Summary page, you will see the type of Form 1040 that you are using.

If you wish to file a different form you can use the Clear & Start Over feature in TurboTax Online as long as you have not yet paid or registered, Here's how:
