What does that mean Please explain?

After I submitting payment by credit card it won't let me file. Turbotax online program take me to tax home screen and the screen showing Tax return status: In Progress

    Based on what information you have provided it seems like you had indicated that you wanted a Turbo Tax expert to review your return for you before you filed. Once they have looked over your return you will be notified when it is ready to file.
