What does needs review mean under w2 forms?

You typed a zero in a field that should be left blank.

Did you import your W-2 from your employer? Sometimes, box 14 entries of imported W-2's will get filled in, but the categories still need to be selected. Please select the appropriate box 14 categories and once that is complete, your W-2 should pass review.

If this does not work, then please delete the imported W-2 and re-enter it manually. This should correct the problem.
