What does it mean whem it says my refund has been printed and ready to mail and where is it going to be mailed to

It sounds like you have may chosen the option to print off your returns and mail them in instead of filing them electronically. If that is what you wish to do and have already printed off your return, I'll leave the link below on where you should mail your return off to to be processed.

Does that mean that I have not filed yet and the irs would use my information from 2018

"ready to mail" means -> ready for you to mail.
