Accessed or assessed? And where exactly do you see this word? What is the context? We can't see your screen. You have to tell us all the details of what you are seeing and how you got there.

Was it an email, that said your account was "Accessed" ?

IF so, TTX sends that email to you if you download any files from your Online tax account...like a PDF of your tax return....usually sometime in the last 12-24 hours.

Not a problem unless you didn't download anything from your Online account recently...then they give you a contact procedure to get hold of a TTX rep.
