However, with your TurboTax Self Employed account, you are entitled to use our SmartLook™ feature for one-on-one guidance. To use this feature in TurboTax Online:

1. Sign in to TurboTax and continue in your return
2. Click Help at the top right
3. Type a brief explanation of what you need assistance with.
4. You may review some of the suggestions, then click Contact Us at the bottom
5. Then, click to Get a callback
6. Once connected to a specialist on the phone, they will be able to review your entries in the program after you have given them access to your screen
