What do I mail with my IT-8453OL

That form does not get mailed to Indiana.  You keep it for your records.

You can see on the pdf the form references - Do Not Mail in the top right corner

Yes, before I completed my taxes TurboTax told me I needed to print and mail some forms but did not tell me what I needed to print or where I need to mail it and I can not find it anywhere!

Are you sure it said print and mail?  And not print and sign?  Because you are suppose to print and sign this form.  It just doesn't actually get mailed.

I’m positive it said I needed to mail something but didn’t tell me what exactly so I assumed it was that form because there’s another screen saying if you have a form 8453 then you need to mail it to the irs but all over the form it literally says “do not mail”
