Reject code F8962-070 means a Form 8962 is needed with your return. Create Form 8962 by adding your health insurance form (Form 1095-A) into TurboTax.

Once you have your form:

1. Log into TurboTax
2. Type “1095a” in Search in the upper right
3. Select “jump to 1095a”
4. Answer YES or NO to the question about unemployment. Continue.
5. Select “Yes, I received Form 1985-A". Continue.
6. Fill in your 1095-A info and continue through the screens to re-file your return
