I don't know what I need to do

Reject code F8962-070 means a Form 8962 is needed with your return. Create Form 8962 by adding your health insurance form (Form 1095-A) into TurboTax.

Once you have your form:

Log into TurboTax
Type “1095a” in Search in the upper right
Select “jump to 1095a”
Answer YES or NO to the question about unemployment. Continue.
Select “Yes, I received Form 1985-A". Continue.
Fill in your 1095-A info and continue through the screens to re-file your return

This is a new code this year. When you have a 1095-A form from the Affordable Care Act, your return must be accompanied by Form 8962. Please review your return. The 8962 is automatically generated when you correctly fill out the 1095-A.
