You'll answer each interview question, working your way through to the end, or the FILE portion.  Continue until you see the icon that reads, "Transmit Return Now".  You haven't filed until you've clicked on that icon.

After you've done that, you should receive an email from TurboTax notifying you that your transmission was successful.  You'll then receive (in a day or two) an email notifying you whether your return has Accepted or Rejected.  If accepted, you're finished!  If your return is rejected for any reason, you'll be told why it was rejected and how to fix it.  Once you've made corrections, you'll need to re-submit your return.
