I purchased Turbotax Home and Business from Costco in December but my Microsoft Surface does not have a CD drive. I called the 800 number to request a download code and it was sent to me immediately. I opened the email, clicked the link, and input the codes, but nothing happened. The code only works once - what do I do now?
