What do I do if I can’t clear and start over cause I paid for something and don’t know how to change it back?

If you already registered, e-filed or paid, you cannot clear and start over. If you have not e-filed you can still make changes by clicking on Add a State and going back into your return. You do not really have to add a state return, but that trick will let you back in to make changes. What do you need to change?
