What do I do if I accidentally put my other dependents under 17 years or older and they are all under 17

Not sure what you mean.   When you enter the information for your dependents, you enter their dates of birth and SSN's.  The software will calculate child tax credit or credit for other dependents based on their ages and on whether they have a Social Security number.  It goes by their age at the end of 2023.
