What causes all cards to be rejected in QuickBooks live assisted tax?

I have been trying to pay all tax season, tried calling customer care for intuit, TurboTax, my bank to no avail.

There is a billing department that will fix this but many TurboTax agents do not know it exists.  Tell them you have a billing issue and need to be connected to billing department.  They must dial the number for you and may have to ask someone how to do it.  

The department is located in Mountain Time Zone and open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.  Make sure you call during those hours in Mountain Time.  There is likely a block on your account and the billing department can remove that.
