What can an agent see during online sharing screen?

I am very concerned about what is the information that an agent can see during the online sharing screen, before sharing I got notification sensitive information wouldn't be shared, but reading through all of these comments now I am very confused and concerned especially I haven't found any oficial article with oficial answer from Intuit.  Can anyone confirm if an agent can see my Name, social security and date of birth during sharing screen? also I would appreciate a link to an oficial article please!

Thank you for reading,

What can an agent see during online sharing screen?

There are two different tools that can be used between an agent and customer -

  1. SmartLook allows an agent to see your TurboTax window and nothing else. All Personal Identifying Information is blocked out.  If you Edit a field that has Identifying Information while sharing there is a chance they will see the information when you click the edit button, otherwise it remains blocked.
  2. Glance will allow an agent to see your whole desktop and anything you have open on your computer. No Personal Identifying Information is blocked.
