What am I supposed to do when I get the message at the end of the filing that "one or more of the forms are locked" and cannot proceed with filing...

Are you trying to open files from a different drive than what your software is saved on?  For example, if you have an external drive that files are saved on then forms will show as locked.  If you need to open a file, you will need to move the file form the hard drive to the drive your software is downloaded on.  If this does not fix your problem, please respond back for additional help.
