What address do I use for a deceased taxpayer who lived in Ohio at time of death and I live in Delaware. I am the executor of the estate.

Use your address. Any communication sent by the IRS will be sent to the address on the return. It's irrelevant what the deceased's address was for the purposes of what address to put on the return.
