I'm trying to file my taxes using your online services but I can barely get past the welcome page. I have to reload the page to get the "Got It" button to become functional, once I get to the "Do Any of These Apply?" page everything stops working. I can't click anything, not the check boxes, not the sign out link, nothing.
I have cleared my cache and cookies, as well as shut down my ad blocker. I tried Friday night (3/6/2026) and today (3/8/2026).
I'm using a fully up to date version of Chrome.

I know you have tried many of these things, but I would maybe try a different browser.
You can try these things:
Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
Additional things to try, if needed:
Reboot your router and modem.
If using a wireless connection, try a wired connection.
If using a VPN, try without the VPN if you can safely do so; i.e., if you are not using public Wi-Fi. But you shouldn't be using public Wi-Fi for sensitive tax returns anyway.
