If you are having trouble entering information into TurboTax Online try to refresh your browser or you can try to use a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox

If you are still having trouble you can try to clear your cookies and cache

TurboTax doesn't seem to work at all with Firefox 64. Crash at login page.

Why won’t my page load?

Mine is stuck loading "finish where you left off" on Deductions & Credits. I've tried Chrome and Firefox and both hang at that same spot.

Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies? A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
