well this s---ks. I finished my taxes, did the final reviews and I'm trying to file. When I click to pay the $20 state filing fee I get a message saying 'We've hit a slight snag', wait a while and try again or call customer support. Waiting doesn't help and calling just gets a computer voice that doesn't understand my question and won't connect me with a service rep, then hangs up. Been using T-tax since 1988, but if this is how they treat their customers, I'm done with them.

Thanks for responding Linda,
I finally reached someone at tech support. We tried everything you mentioned but it didn't help. Then he said it was a known problem that is being worked on and he offered me a refund. Instead I'll wait and see if they get it fixed soon. If not I'll have to file a paper return.
Thanks Linda,
I tried all your suggestions, even switching browsers, but nothing helped. I did finally get tech support and spent an hour on the phone (basically doing everything you suggested) but that didn't help either. They finally said its a known problem and he sent me a link so I would get informed when the problem was solved. lol, the link didn't work, it goes to an 'unknown page'. Yesterday I received an email saying the problem was solved, so I just ran Ttax again, it did a long update and when I tried to file, same problem, the dumb message saying 'we've hit a slight snag'. This isn't the best year for Turbo Tax!
If you are getting this when you are trying to pay your need call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service: Turbo Tax Customer Service
