We hit a snag while loading my data

I’m stuck trying to do a payment. An error window keeps telling me to try again as they hit a snag while loading my data, I already did all possible options and still the same!

Log Out Completely
Clear Cache and Cookies
Use an Incognito (Private) Window
Check Pop-up Blockers
Restart the Browser

I also talk to an agent and did everything again
