We have been rejected 9 times why ?

The Secondary Taxpayer date of birth, in STEP 2 , Section 4, does not match the IRS record.

 

If you have checked the data of birth and it is correct you will have to print and mail your tax return.  The IRS receives this type of information from Social Security.
