We donated several laptops this year and I am not finding anything for laptop or PC in ItsDeductible - only accessories. Any advice?

There's no way to assign a single generic value to a laptop, as the specifications are so variable.  You will have to determine the value yourself, possibly from used prices on eBay or Facebook Marketplace, or other places that sell used laptops that are similar in spec to yours.  Save proof of how you determined the value for 3 years in case your donations are audited.

It's Deductible does have categories for Laptops, under Computers and Office, in addition to the one you saw for Accessories. There are separate categories for Apple Laptops and PC Laptops/Notebooks. It also allows the user to enter a custom item.

Click this link for information from IRS on determining the value of donated property. You can also use other methods as mentioned by @Opus 17.

It’s important to understand that values from  ItsDeductible are not guaranteed to be accepted by the IRS in the event you are audited. You would still have a responsibility to show that the generic nationwide values listed in ItsDeductible correspond to reasonable fair market values in your local area for the same or similar item. (There have been reports on this board over the past 10 years of people who were denied deductions because the IRS auditor did not accept ItsDeductible values.

You as the taxpayer have the ultimate responsibility to confirm that the ItsDeductible values shown are actually reasonable for your items in your area.  It’s a convenience, it is not a guarantee.
