We bought the Turbotax Deluxe the other day and I installed it on to our computer. now it is asking me to upgrade to the deluxe that I have on my computer. WHY

Because you are logged into the online version right now. You are not currently in the desktop program that you installed on your computer. Click the TurboTax Icon that is installed on your computer to get into the one you already bought and paid for.
