We are a company sending J1 students to usa some of my students and also some staff illegally filed J1 students files with you and around 50 of refunded what can we do?

Your staff filed tax returns for them?  TT is not licensed for use by paid tax preparers.

Yes they did it I fired them and  correcting all students files and refund money which is not legally accepted. I gave the staff prosucition but wonder how turbo tax accepts international students to apply with them

TT does not know that they are J1 students, nor how long they have been in the country. But I do agree that asking that Q would make sense.

The only thing I am doing now to correct the J1 students and refund money accepted from IRS I hope TT will not accept j1 students anymore the their system

Follow the instructions below if they used the ONLINE version ... they should each have their own userID & password.

If they should have filed a 1040NR instead of a 1040 then they must amend the 1040 to reverse the error and file the correct form.
