Was the underpayment penalty being charged?

So last year, I filed with TurboTax and the fed tax I owe is $5X,XXX, reading from  Form 1040, field 37. And in field 38 the underpayment penalty amount is $1YYY and I chose to pay all these online with my checking account. But after looking into the transaction records from last year, I can see that $5X,XXX was charged by IRS, but I can not find any payment record of that $1YYY penalty. Does that mean I still owe IRS that penalty or I missed something here?

No.  The penalty on line 38 was included in the tax due on line 37.  You can double check....., line 37 should be line 24-33.  Then add line 38.
