if you did them online with Turbotax, the last 6 or 7 years are available

if you did the using TurboTax desktop, if they are not on your computer they are gone permanently. Turbotax does not have copies of returns prepared with the desktop app.

I don't think you can get into the IRS website to get transcripts since you are lacking adequate proof that it's really you.
all is not lost
you can mail in form 4506-T for a transcript of particular years.
note the iRS only keeps returns going back 7 years

obviously, this will take some time.
there are no late filing or late payment penalties if you timely paid all your taxes even if you file late. the problem you'll face is that 2021 online will shut down on 10/17/2021. if you paid all your fees you can contact support so you can upload the program for free. you'll need a full PC or MAC that meets minimum system requirements. then you can upload the .tax 2021 file to complete your return. e-filing will no longer be available.
