you gave us no info so is not possible to know exactly what you are asking.  generally filling as married produces the lowest total taxes.

if you were married on 12/31/2022 and did not live apart from your spouse for the last 6 months of 2022 you can use the filing status married filing separately for 2022, but if you were and paid more than 1/2 the cost of keeping up a home for yourself and a child you can claim as a dependent who live with you for more than 6 months of the year then you may be able to file using the head of household filing status
