i have already filed all my w2 forms but i am just waiting for my last one how long do i have to file

You have until April 17th, 2018 to file your tax return this year and pay any tax due (if any).

If you need even more time, you will be able to file an extension through the link below on March 22nd that will give you until October 15th.  (Also, technically, any penalties are based on taxes owed, so if you are getting a refund, you won't be penalized for filing late anyways.)
