<P>For the extra withholding section 4(c), is this is the total amount I want withheld or the additional amount from what is currently being withheld?</P>

Can I deduct any of these under ins. premiums? Health insurance, extra plan in case of stroke/heart attack, &dental payments set up via a healthcare.gov agent? TY
