W2 - "We found something wrong with your info"

I've automatically imported a second W2 into TurboTax (I changed jobs during the year), and it says "We found something wrong with your info."  The fields highlighted are:

Box 12 - Amount

Box 14 - Description

Box 14 - Amount

Employer's State ID Number

Box 16 - State Wages, Tips, Etc.

Box 17 - State Income Tax

Box 18 - Local Wages & Tips

Box 19 - Local Income Tax

Box 20 - Locality Name

 

All of these fields match my printed W2.  Any ideas?

    Strange.  I'd suggest deleting the imported 2nd W-2, then entering that one manually.  See if that helps.  Please post back if you continue to have difficulty.

    To delete the duplicate Form W-2,  you can use Delete Forms

     

    1. In the left menu, select Tax Tools
    2. Select Tools
    3. Select Delete a form
    4. Scroll to the  W-2 that is duplicated and click Delete on the right
    5. Then scroll to the bottom and select Continue with my return
