W2 wage entered shows up incorrectly on 1040

I entered W2 information.  I entered the amount for Wages in Box 1.

When I generate the 1040, income line 1a is showing as zero.   I checked a few times.  I think the software is buggy.

I have never seen this when I use the Deluxe version. I'm using the Home & Business version this year, and the software is worse than the Deluxe version experience I had for many many years.

I spent many hours entering information and I don't even trust the software now, as the most basic thing W2 doesn't work.  

How can I reach Turbo Tax software/tech support?
