W2 Box 14 Code "GHI"

Anyone ever seen this code in box 14 of a W2? Has state wages from Wisconsin. I am thinking the HI stands for health insurance, but not sure about the G? Any help is appreciated!

There is no standard list of codes for Box 14, although in practice there are some codes in common use. GHI is not one such.

Box 14 is used by the employer to communicate something to the employee, so the quickest and most accurate to get an answer is to call your HR/payroll department, and ask them what they meant by it.
