W2 Box 10

Hello - did a Error Check and it shows a problem with w2 box 10 (Dep care benefits). the w2 shows $0 which is correct. The only earned income was about $1000 taxpayer rec'd several years after retiring with no explanation, just a check. I entered $0 but it keeps giving a error. How do I get past this?

Try to delete the $0 and leave box 10 blank (empty). This error should not prevent you from e-filing.
