W2 box 1 empty

My W2 box 1 is empty, only Box 14 has CASID with cents amount. I would love to e-file. Can I omit this W2? or can I just put $1 in box 1? This W2 has nothing to do with healthcare or IHSS.

W2 box 1 empty

Yes, since there is no income showing in box 1 on the W2 you may omit/delete the W2 from your tax return entries.
